Huawei, in partnership with Henley Business School Africa, has opened applications for its prestigious Women in Tech Leadership Programme, scheduled for 27–29 August 2025 in Johannesburg. This annual initiative is designed to empower female entrepreneurs and women-led businesses to thrive in the digital economy through world-class training, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
Programme Overview
Over three days, participants will engage in an intensive leadership and digital transformation journey. The programme combines cutting-edge technology insights with practical business skills development:
- Days 1 & 2: Hosted at Huawei’s Johannesburg campus, participants will explore emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and 5G, with a focus on solving real-world business challenges.
- Day 3: Held at Henley Business School Africa, this session will focus on leadership development, strategic adaptability, and building business resilience.
A standout feature of the 2025 cohort is the business growth masterclass and a live technology demonstration facilitated by Stuff Magazine, showcasing practical solutions for SMEs — from smartphones and productivity tools to digital visibility platforms.
