The Presidency Tender: Printing of Annual Report 2025/26

The Presidency invites qualified printing service providers to submit quotations for the professional printing of the Annual Report 2025/26. This strategic Request for Quotation (RFQ) aims to ensure the high-quality, secure, and timely production of critical government documentation in Gauteng.

Scope of Work

The successful bidder will be responsible for the comprehensive printing and finishing of the report. Key specifications include:

  • A4 portrait format (297mm x 210mm).
  • 4-process colour printing on 300gsm Magno Matt white cover.
  • 4-process colour printing on 100gsm Magno Matt white inner pages.
  • Total of 170 pages (166 inner + 4 cover), perfect binding, and matt lamination with UV varnish on the front cover.

Mandatory Requirements

Strict pre-qualification criteria apply to ensure service reliability. Bidders must provide:

  • At least three reference letters on company letterhead from government or private institutions.
  • Proof of rendering similar printing services (Annual Reports, Annual Performance Plans, or Strategic Plans).
  • Letters must detail the service rendered, start and end dates, and include signed, contactable details (telephone and cell phone numbers).

  • Date Published: Tuesday, 15 September 2026
  • Closing Date: Thursday, 17 September 2026 at 11:00
  • Briefing Session: None scheduled

Submission Guidelines

The Presidency enforces strict electronic submission protocols. All proposals and supporting documents must be submitted exclusively via the National Treasury e-Submission portal. Late, emailed, or physical submissions will not be considered under any circumstances.
