The Road Accident Fund (RAF) invites qualified emergency medical service providers to submit quotations for the upcoming RAF Ulundi Roadshow. This strategic procurement ensures the safety, health, and well-being of attendees, staff, and stakeholders participating in this vital community outreach event in KwaZulu-Natal.
Scope of Services
The successful service provider will be required to deliver:
- One fully equipped ambulance on site throughout the day
- One life support paramedic on site throughout the day
- One intermediate paramedic on site throughout the day
- A comprehensive medical plan
- A post-event medical report
The event will run from 07:30 to 16:00 on 26 September 2026 at the Ulundi Multi-Purpose Community Centre.

Mandatory Requirements for Bidders
Bidders must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Paramedics must be registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
- Submit valid proof of registration for two paramedics in the form of HPCSA registration certificates
- Registration must be for Ambulance Emergency Assistant, Emergency Care Assistant, Paramedic, Emergency Care Technician or Emergency Care Practitioner
- Proof must be submitted by the closing date and time
