Sasria SOC Ltd (SASRIA) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP2026/27) for the supply and installation of hygiene equipment and consumables. This strategic three-year contract aims to maintain optimal sanitation and workplace safety standards across SASRIA’s corporate facilities in Gauteng.
Scope of Services
The appointed service provider will deliver a comprehensive hygiene management solution for buildings 34 and 36 at the Illovo offices. Key deliverables include:
- Supplying (on a rental basis), installing, and maintaining new hygiene equipment.
- Continuous supply of essential hygiene consumables.
- She bin maintenance, deep cleaning, and interior window cleaning.
- Comprehensive pest control, including fumigation and bait station management.
- Regular carpet and protector cleaning services.
Compulsory Briefing Session
Attendance at the site briefing is strictly mandatory to understand the facility’s specific requirements. Failure to attend will result in immediate disqualification.

Submission Requirements
SASRIA mandates strict digital submission protocols. Bidders must register and submit their proposals exclusively via the SASRIA Online Tender Portal. Physical, emailed, or late submissions will not be accepted. Proposals must include a detailed financial proposal (VAT exclusive, in ZAR) and all mandatory compliance documents, including a valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) report.
