- Businesses must be formally registered with CIPC.
- At least 51% black-owned.
- At least three years of operational history.
- Annual revenue between R1 million and R50 million.
- Preference given to businesses in high-impact regions, women-owned enterprises, and those owned by persons living with disabilities.
