The Mogale City Local Municipality has issued an open tender (CORP (LD) 01/2027 – CATEGORY 1) for the appointment of a panel of training service providers. This strategic three-year contract targets accredited training organizations to conduct leadership, governance, and strategic management training programmes for municipal employees on an as-and-when-required basis.

Attendance at the pre-bid clarification meeting is strictly mandatory. Bidders who fail to attend and sign the attendance register will be summarily disqualified from the evaluation process.

Mandatory Compliance and Evaluation
Proposals will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system. Bidders must submit a valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, tax compliance status, and a minimum of three contactable reference letters for similar training implementations within the last five years.
