Scope of Work
The successful bidder will supply 80 prepacked breakfast and lunch packs for learners attending the AAD Exhibition . Each pack must meet detailed specifications:
Breakfast Packs: Include assorted muffins, breakfast croissants (with cheese/ham or chicken/mayo) in eco-friendly clamshells, 330ml fruit juice, 500ml still water, apples, bananas, low-fat yoghurt, and branded ATNS bags.
Lunch Packs: Include two pieces of fried chicken with chips and a bun, 330ml fruit juice, 500ml still water, assorted chips, a milk chocolate bar, vanilla custard, oranges, bananas, and branded ATNS bags.
Key Requirements
- Bidders must have a valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN and be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- A completed and signed SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form) are required.
- Bidders must provide proof of a locality footprint in the City of Johannesburg, such as a municipal bill or lease agreement.
Evaluation and Preference Points
The 80/20 preference point system applies:
- 80 points allocated for price.
- 20 points for specific goals (10 points for 51% Black-owned suppliers, 10 points for 30% Black Woman-owned suppliers).
Submission Details
All bids must be submitted via the e-Submission (e-Tender) system. The pricing schedule must be 100% complete with all line items priced. Quotations must remain valid for 60 days.
