The Northern Cape Department of Health invites accredited training service providers to submit bids for appointment to a panel for a period of three years.
This open tender, referenced as NCDOH/010/COR/2026, seeks to establish a panel of suitably qualified providers to deliver training services across various disciplines. Bids close on 26 August 2026 at 11:00.

Attendance at the briefing session is mandatory. Bids will not be accepted from bidders who fail to attend.

Scope of Work
The appointed service providers will form a panel to render accredited training services on an as-and-when-required basis. The scope encompasses a wide range of training needs across the Northern Cape Department of Health, potentially including:
- Design and delivery of training programmes aligned with national accreditation standards
- Provision of training materials and manuals
- Assessment and certification of trainees
- On-site and off-site training sessions
- Technical support and post-training evaluations
Bidders are encouraged to consult the technical specifications (Annexure A) for detailed requirements.
Evaluation Criteria
Bids will be evaluated in three phases using an 80/20 or 90/10 preference point system:
- Compliance (Phase 1): Verification of all mandatory documents, including valid Tax Compliance Status PIN, CSD registration report (not older than 30 days), CIPC documents, certified ID copies of directors, and annual financial statements.
- Functionality (Phase 2): Assessment based on previous work done, including reference letters or award letters from previous clients, in line with the technical specifications.
- Price and Specific Goals (Phase 3): Points allocated for price (80/90 points) and specific goals (20/10 points), including Black ownership, Female ownership, Youth ownership, and Disability ownership.

- SBD 1 – Invitation
- SBD 3.1 to 3.3 – Pricing Schedule
- SBD 4 – Declaration of interest
- SBD 6.1 – Preference Points Claim Form
- Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Full CSD registration report (not older than 30 days)
- Certified CIPC/CIPRO Company registration documents
- Certified Copies of Identity Documents of company Directors
- Latest two (2) Years Annual Financial statements
- Reference of previous work done
- Joint venture agreement (if applicable)

Submission Details
Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the bid number and description, and deposited in the bid box at the Reception area of James Exum Building, Robert Mangaliso Sobukwe Hospital Complex, Du Toitspan Road, Belgravia, Kimberley, 8300.
