Air Traffic and Navigation Services Company Limited (ATNS) has re-advertised Request for Quotation ATNS/RFQ/02/2026/20/CSI_NPO Donation for the supply and delivery of essential goods. This strategic Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiative targets capable logistics and retail suppliers to support Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) housing Gender-Based Violence (GBV) victims in KwaZulu-Natal and the Northern Cape.
Scope of Works and Social Impact
The appointed service provider will be responsible for the supply and delivery of a specified list of items to two separate locations:
- Ethembeni Crisis Centre in KwaNdengezi, KwaZulu-Natal.
- Ethembeni Community and Trauma Center in De Aar, Northern Cape.
The required items include groceries (rice, samp, maize meal, flour, soya mince, soup, sausages, cooking oil, vegetables, peanut butter, tea, jam, sugar, coffee, creamer), dishwashing liquid, dishcloths, pine gel, 200 blankets, 2000 hygiene packs (facecloth, toothbrush, roll-on, toothpaste, bar of soap), one gas stove, six single mattresses, and one deep freezer .
Mandatory Submission Requirements
To be considered, bidders must submit the following documents:
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN.
- Latest full CSD Report.
- CIPC Registration Documents.
- Shareholder Certificates and ID copies of shareholders.
- Valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs).
Electronic Submission Protocols
In strict alignment with ATNS’s digital procurement policies, all bid submissions must be made exclusively via the National Treasury’s e-Submission (e-Tender) system. Proposals sent via email or physical mail will not be accepted or processed.
