The Small Enterprise Development and Finance Agency (SEDFA), through its subsidiary Khula Business Premises (KBP), has issued an open tender (RFB 16-2026/2027) for the appointment of a service provider to deliver comprehensive security services. This strategic 24-month contract targets PSIRA-registered security firms to safeguard three key commercial properties in Bloemfontein, Free State.
Scope of Works and Property Locations
The mandate requires professional guarding and perimeter patrol services across three distinct KBP sites. The appointed provider will ensure the safety of assets, personnel, and visitors while strictly adhering to all relevant government legislation and SEDFA’s operational terms. The specific locations are:
- East End: 28 Fritz Stockenstrom Street, Ooseinde, Bloemfontein
- Kraal: 19 Coro Street, Bloemfontein
- Harvey Road Hives: 62-64 Harvey Road, Bloemfontein
Compulsory Site Briefing Session
Attendance at the physical pre-bid clarification and site inspection meeting is strictly mandatory. Bidders must sign the official attendance register on-site. Failure to attend and sign will result in the immediate disqualification of the bid.
