- One (1) Fax Machine: Capable of handling large documents and providing detailed activity reports
The service provider must supply print management software, provide remote monitoring, and offer loan equipment when needed. Training for five ICT officials and end-users is also required .
Functionality Assessment
Bidders must achieve a minimum of 70% in the functionality evaluation to proceed. Scoring is based on:
- Company Experience: 50 points – Five or more appointment and reference letters
- Team Expertise: 35 points – CVs of Account Manager and Technicians with product certifications
- Methodology: 15 points – Detailed service plan covering incident management and turnaround times

- Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate/TCS PIN

- Completed and signed SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1)
- Certificate of Authority for Signatory with company resolution
- Municipal Account confirming no arrears for more than 3 months
