The Special Investigation Unit (SIU) has issued Request for Quotation RFQ 057 2026/27 for the provision of catering services during a Provincial Strategic Meeting at its North-West office. This targeted procurement initiative aims to support high-level investigative and strategic planning sessions scheduled for 07 and 08 July 2026.
Scope of Services and Locality Restriction
The appointed service provider will supply meals and refreshments for the two-day strategic meeting. Crucially, this opportunity is strictly ring-fenced for local economic development; only bidders residing and operating around Mmabatho are eligible to apply.
Administrative Compliance Documents
Bidders must submit:
- ID copies of Company Directors
- CIPC Company Registration
- SARS Pin
- B-BBEE Certificate/Sworn Affidavit (if applicable)
- Fully completed and signed RFQ document including SBD4 and 6.1
Mandatory Email Submission Requirements
In a departure from physical submissions, the SIU mandates that all bid documents must be emailed directly to the procurement office. Hand-delivered or physical documents will not be accepted under any circumstances.
