The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) has issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ KZN/PRASA/2026/06/03/Q) for the appointment of an accredited service provider to deliver Report Writing and Presentation Training. This 12-month, as-and-when-required contract supports PRASA’s KwaZulu-Natal regional operations by upskilling administrative staff in professional communication and reporting standards.

The selected training provider will facilitate comprehensive skills development for PRASA KZN employees responsible for presenting information in report formats. The contract spans 12 months, with training delivered on an as-and-when-required basis to ensure continuous capacity building within the rail agency’s administrative divisions.
Training Specifications and Accreditation
The mandatory curriculum is aligned with SAQA Unit Standard 110023 at NQF Level 4. The course requires a duration of four days per cohort and must be conducted in Durban. Service providers must hold valid accreditation for this unit standard and submit competency certificates upon learner completion.

- Compiling reports related to a selected business function, ensuring appropriate content and format, and meeting reporting deadlines
- Liaising with relevant parties and verifying that reported information meets requirements
Mandatory Compliance Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate strict legal and administrative compliance, including:
- Valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
- Current SARS Tax Clearance Certificate or PIN
- Proof of relevant training accreditation
- Completed RFQ documentation and pricing schedules in ZAR
