Technical Service Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate capability in:
- CCTV system diagnostics, camera maintenance, and recording equipment servicing
- Access control panel programming, card reader maintenance, and door lock repairs

- Electrical installation compliance and electronic product maintenance
- Software installation, IT support, and security system integration
Mandatory Submission Requirements
- Valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with proof
- Completed SBD 4 Declaration of Interest and SBD 6.1 Preference Points forms
- Valid COIDA Certificate of Good Standing (not older than 12 months)
- Proof of experience: minimum two client references for similar security system maintenance work (Annexure B)
- Firm, VAT-inclusive pricing valid for 30 days from closing date

Proposals are assessed using the 80/20 preference point system. Price accounts for 80 points; specific goals including B-BBEE status contribute 20 points. Technical evaluation covers service methodology, response times, and compliance with security specifications.
