- Thembukazi, Mzamo, Dlongothi, Cokotho (Ward 01)
- Qhasa, Bhutshu, Nogwitsi, Giliziphunzi (Ward 02)
- Mathithiyeni, Sikhulu, Ngozi, Rome (Ward 03)

Proposals are assessed using the 80/20 preference point system under Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022. Price accounts for 80 points; specific goals including B-BBEE status and locality preference contribute 20 points.
