Key Submission Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate proven experience in wastewater treatment chemical supply. Mandatory documentation includes:
- Valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
- Completed MBD forms (1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9)
- SARS tax compliance status and TCS PIN
- SANAS-approved B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Three reference letters for successfully completed chemical supply contracts within the past five years
