South African National Parks (SANParks) invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for the cleaning of kitchen canopy, duct cleaning and servicing at Golden Gate Highlands National Park. This Request for Quotation (27660/GGHNP/2026-27) supports essential food safety and hygiene compliance within the park’s Food & Beverage operations.
Opportunity Overview and Scope
The appointed provider will deliver comprehensive kitchen ventilation system maintenance including extraction canopy cleaning, filter servicing, duct cleaning, fan inspection, weather cowl maintenance, and leak sealing across two kitchen facilities at the Clarens location.
Key Service Requirements
- Cleaning of 2 extraction canopies and 25 canopy filters
- Duct cleaning and fan inspection for both facilities
- Weather cowl cleaning and kitchen canopy servicing
- Leak sealing and compliance certification upon completion
- All work must meet SANParks’ environmental and safety standards
Submission Guidelines and Deadline
Quotations must be emailed exclusively to Goldengate_SCM@sanparks.org by 16:00 on Monday, 18 May 2026. Late submissions will not be considered. Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database and submit firm, VAT-inclusive pricing in South African Rand.
Evaluation and Compliance
Proposals will be assessed using the 80/20 preference point system: 80 points for price competitiveness and 20 points for specific goals including B-BBEE status and local enterprise participation. Only compliant submissions meeting all mandatory criteria will proceed to final evaluation.
