Scope of Services Required
Successful appointees will deliver:
- Leadership development programmes for health and mid-level managers
- Organisational transformation and change management interventions
- Behavioural competency workshops aligned with PROSCI methodology
- Virtual and face-to-face facilitation using the SCARF model framework
- Narrative and evaluation reporting with disaggregated attendance data

Evaluation and Selection Process
Bids undergo a multi-stage assessment: Phase 1A verifies compliance; Phase 1B evaluates functionality (minimum 70% threshold); Phase 2 applies the 80/20 preference point system for price and specific goals including locality and enterprise development.
