Scope of Furniture Requirements

Bidders must supply fully assembled, SABS-approved furniture items including walnut veneer workstation desks, high-back mesh chairs, visitor chairs, credenzas, filing cabinets, and two-seater couches. Local Content and B-BBEE Criteria

This tender applies an 80/20 preference point system. Specific goals allocate 10 points for B-BBEE status level and 10 points for local content compliance.   • B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit + proof of ownership (share certificates, ID copies, CK1/CK2)
  • SBD4 (Bidder’s Disclosure)

Submission and Delivery Guidelines

No compulsory briefing session is scheduled. Bidders must submit complete documentation, including local content declarations, bills of materials, and proof of manufacturing capability. Delivery is required to multiple Northern Cape locations within 60 days of purchase order issuance.
