Submission Guidelines and Process
Bids must be deposited in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender reference, in Bid Box “A” at Setsing Business Centre before the closing deadline. Bidders must include valid CSD registration, tax compliance documentation, BBBEE certification, and completed Municipal Bidding Documents (MBD forms).
Evaluation and Preference Points
Proposals will be assessed using the 80/20 preference point system. Specific goals allocate points for historically advantaged enterprises, locality preference within Maluti-a-Phofung jurisdiction, and women-owned business participation.
