This open tender seeks an experienced provider to deliver quality catering solutions for park visitors at the Catalina Bay Road location in St Lucia. The appointment aims to enhance visitor experiences while supporting local economic development through sustainable tourism services.
Specified Menu Requirements
05 May 2026 – Lunch at Dredger Harbour Main Boardroom
- Rice, Jeqe, Beef Curry, Grilled chicken, Grilled fish
- Chakalaka, Beetroot, Greek salad, Grilled veggies
- 1 x soft drink or 100% fruit juice and 1 x bottled water per person
06 May 2026 – Packed Refreshments & Lunch
- Morning: Muffin, Cheddars, banana/apple, bottled water, canned Liqui Fruit (delivery by 08h00 at iSimangaliso)
- Lunch (14h00 at Charters Creek): Menu details as per RFQ
07 May 2026 – Packed Refreshments & Finger Lunch
- Morning: Muffin, Lays/Simba chips, banana/apple, bottled water, canned Liqui Fruit (delivery by 08h00)
- Finger Lunch (12h00 at Dredger Harbour for 60 pax): Healthy wraps, sandwiches, samoosas, cocktail rolls, mini pizzas; Chicken drumettes/strips, fish, sausages, meatballs; Greek salad; Canned juice, fizzy drinks, water
Special requirement: Package separately for 2 Halaal delegates throughout all three days.
Submission Requirements
Potential bidders must submit the following, failure of which may render the bid invalid:
- Proof of Specific Goals (CSD, CIPRO Registration, Proof of Address, ID copies of directors/members/partners)
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) Registration Full Report
- Valid SARS Tax PIN
- Pro forma Service Agreement (all blank sections completed, each page initialled, signature page properly signed and witnessed)
- All attached SBD forms (completed in black ink, not typed)
- Authority to sign letter (e.g., company resolution)
