Scope of Services Required

  • Electric fence maintenance, component replacement, and compliance testing
  • Roller shutter door and gate motor servicing with 24/7 emergency call-out support
  • Preventative maintenance scheduling and detailed activity reporting
  • Logbook management for all site visits and maintenance interventions

Compulsory Virtual Briefing Session

Attendance at the pre-bid clarification meeting is mandatory. The session will be held on Thursday, 30 April 2026 at 10:00 via virtual platform. Bidders who fail to attend will be disqualified from the evaluation process. Registration details are contained within the tender documentation.

Mandatory Requirements (Step 1 – Responsiveness)

  • Bid received before closing date and time
  • Completed SBD 1 Form
  • Signed Price Offer and Price Schedule
  • Attendance at compulsory briefing session (non-attendance = disqualification)
  • Valid COIDA (Letter of Good Standing)
  • Proof of public liability cover – minimum R10 million

Submission Requirements and Process

Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender reference, and deposited in the SANRAL tender box at 36 Assegaaiwood Road, Rooihuiskraal, Centurion, 0157 before the closing deadline. Bidders must include completed SBD forms, valid tax compliance, CSD registration, BBBEE certification, and proof of relevant experience in security infrastructure maintenance.
