Submission Guidelines and Process

All quotations must be submitted exclusively via the National Treasury e-Tender Portal. Bidders should ensure proposals include firm pricing inclusive of VAT, completed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD 4), valid municipal certificate of acceptability for food premises, and proof of relevant catering experience. Late submissions will not be considered.

Evaluation and Preference Points

Proposals will be assessed using the 80/20 preference point system. Eighty points are allocated for price competitiveness, with twenty points awarded for specific goals including BBBEE status, local enterprise participation, and community development contribution.
