The project is situated in Winnie Madikizela-Mandela, Bizana, 4800. Eligibility and Submission Criteria

Bidders must demonstrate:

  • Valid registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
  • Relevant experience in community infrastructure or municipal maintenance projects
  • Compliance with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) grading requirements
  • Valid tax compliance status and B-BBEE certification or sworn affidavit
  • Proof of municipal account standing or lease agreement not older than three months

Evaluation and Preference Points

Proposals will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system under the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022. Functionality assessment requires a minimum threshold before price evaluation. Specific goals allocation includes points for local enterprise participation, black ownership, women ownership, youth involvement, and disability inclusion.
