Evaluation Criteria
Quotations will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system:
- 80 points for price competitiveness
- 20 points for specific goals including black ownership, women ownership, and youth ownership

The closing date is Tuesday, 31 March 2026, at 11:00 AM. No late submissions will be accepted. The offer must remain valid for 120 days from the closing date. No briefing session will be held for this tender.
