Tender Details and Requirements
The successful service provider will be required to train two staff members in Advanced Excel capabilities, focusing on automation, data analysis, and complex spreadsheet management. The training aims to address current skills gaps that impact the division’s operational efficiency and reporting standards.
Course Specifications and Format
According to the official specification document, the training must cover:
- Macros, advanced formulas, and conditional formatting
- PivotTables, pivot charts, and data visualization techniques
- Working with multiple worksheets and external data imports
- Data consolidation, linking, and advanced filtering functions

Training Logistics and Duration

Evaluation Criteria: 80/20 System
Quotations will be evaluated using the 80/20 preferential procurement system:
- 80 points allocated for price
- 20 points allocated for specific goals (race, women, disability, youth ownership)

Important Considerations for Bidders
Service providers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Quotes should be on company letterhead with VAT details, remain valid for the order duration, and include the CSD registration number (MAAA).
