Evaluation Criteria and Preference Points
Responsive quotations will be assessed using the 80/20 preference point system. Price accounts for 80 points, calculated relative to the lowest compliant quote. The remaining 20 points reward B-BBEE status levels, with Level 1 contributors receiving maximum preference. Only suppliers submitting complete documentation will qualify for preference scoring.
