- Commitment to deliver within 21-50 days (up to 40 points)
- Relevant ICT qualifications, with Honours degrees scoring highest (up to 20 points)
Qualified submissions advance to Phase 2, evaluated under the 80/20 preferential procurement system: 80 points for price competitiveness and 20 points for specific goals including Black ownership and South African locality.
Mandatory Submission Requirements
Bidders must submit sealed proposals to the municipal bid box at 4 Federale Mynbou Street, Kuruman, by the closing deadline. Required documentation includes:
- Completed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD 1, 3.1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9)
