The Air Traffic and Navigation Services Company Limited (ATNS) has issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under reference number ATNS/RFQ/01/2026/297_CSI for the provision of integrated sound system and catering services for a Corporate Social Investment (CSI) handover event at Thethe Secondary School in Ga-Luka Village, Rustenburg. This one-day event, scheduled between 10–13 March 2026, will serve approximately 50 attendees, including learners, educators, community leaders, and ATNS representatives.

  • Catering services: Full meal and refreshment service for up to 50 guests, including setup, service staff, and cleanup
  • Event logistics: Coordination with school authorities, timely delivery, and professional conduct throughout the event

All services must be delivered on-site in Ga-Luka Village (1077 Tlebebe Section, Luka, Rustenburg, 1747) on the confirmed event date. The scope is once-off, with no recurring obligations beyond the single day.

There is no compulsory briefing session. Late or non-compliant submissions will not be considered.

Mandatory Documentation and Compliance Criteria

To be considered responsive, bidders must include:

  • Valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN
  • Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
  • B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE acceptable)
  • Fully completed Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) as referenced in the RFQ
  • Quotation on official company letterhead, signed and dated
  • Confirmation that the offer is valid for 60 days from submission

All pricing must be all-inclusive, covering labour, transport, equipment, consumables, and applicable taxes.

Evaluation Methodology and Preference Point Allocation

This RFQ will be evaluated in five stages:

  1. Administrative Compliance Check
  2. Functionality Assessment (minimum threshold applies)
  3. Technical Evaluation (quality of proposed sound and catering plan)
  4. Price Evaluation
  5. 80/20 Preference Point Allocation:
    • 80 points for competitively priced, compliant offers
    • 20 points for specific empowerment goals (Black, women, youth, disability ownership)

Preference claims must be supported by certified documentation. Unverified claims receive zero points.
