All products must be SABS-compliant, Halaal-certified, and delivered in sealed, labelled packaging with clear expiry dates, ingredient lists, and storage instructions. Deliveries must be made Monday to Friday between 07:30–12:00 or 14:00–15:00, as coordinated with the hospital’s Food Services Department.
Critically, no other food items (e.g., meat, dry goods, vegetables) may be transported in the same vehicle—dedicated cold-chain logistics are required.

Preference claims must be supported by certified documentation. Unverified claims receive zero points.
The hospital reserves the right to conduct random vehicle inspections and site visits to assess cold-chain integrity, hygiene protocols, and operational readiness.
