CCMA Seeks Graphic Design Software Provider

The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) has issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under reference number RQN00000215290 for the procurement of a 36-month subscription to a cloud-based graphic design software application equivalent to Canva. The platform will support the CCMA’s internal communications, social media campaigns, training materials, and public outreach across its national offices. Submissions must be emailed by 10:00 on Wednesday, 18 February 2026, to RFQ7@CCMA.org.za.

This is a time-sensitive opportunity for software vendors or licensed resellers offering scalable, user-friendly creative tools with collaboration and AI-powered features.

Scope of Work: Enterprise-Grade Creative Platform for National Use

The selected software must:

  • Offer an intuitive, drag-and-drop interface accessible to non-designers
  • Include an extensive library of templates, stock images, icons, fonts, and multimedia assets
  • Support creation of social media graphics, posters, presentations, reports, banners, videos, and animations
  • Enable real-time team collaboration, version control, and role-based access
  • Provide AI-assisted design suggestions and branding consistency tools
  • Be compliant with South African data protection and licensing regulations

The solution will be used by staff across CCMA’s national and regional offices to enhance visual communication and public engagement.

Mandatory Submission Requirements

To be considered, quotations must include:

  • A formal quote on company letterhead with a total fixed price inclusive of all taxes
  • Valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN or clearance certificate
  • Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
  • B-BBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit (Level 1–8 or EME/QSE)
  • Confirmation that the quoted software meets or exceeds all functional requirements in the tender document

Quotations must be submitted exclusively via email to RFQ7@CCMA.org.za—no hard copies, faxes, or alternate email addresses will be accepted.

Evaluation Criteria: 80/20 Preferential Procurement System

Quotations will be scored using the 80/20 system:

  • 80 points: Price (lowest compliant quote = 80; others scored proportionally)
  • 20 points: Specific Goals, including Black, women, youth, disability, and military veteran ownership

Only complete, responsive, and compliant submissions will be evaluated.

Submission Guidelines and Key Deadlines

  • Closing Date & Time: 18 February 2026 at 10:00
  • Submission Method: Email only to RFQ7@CCMA.org.za
  • Subject Line: Must include “RQN00000215290 – Graphic Design Software”
  • Late or incomplete submissions will be disqualified

Quote validity must be 90 days from the closing date.
