- A 240-seat restaurant/café and bar area
- 65m² kitchen for meal preparation
- 300-seat conference room (convertible to 3 boardrooms)
- Outdoor patio seating for 50 people
- 13 additional boardrooms requiring ad-hoc catering
Service Expectations
The appointed service provider will be required to:
- Provide daily restaurant and takeaway services for approximately 550 hybrid-working staff
- Offer international and local cuisine suitable for well-travelled aviation professionals
- Develop nutrition-focused menu options aligned with employee wellness programs
- Cater for special meetings and events
- Assume full operational control including stock management and financial responsibility
