This procurement aims to enhance the operational integrity and physical security of BMA’s critical IT infrastructure through targeted construction and electrical modifications. The successful service provider will be responsible for executing works that include the removal and reuse of existing raised floor tiles, installation of new calcium sulphate raised flooring, construction of a fire-rated drywall partition (4.35m long × 2.9m high), and reconfiguration of lighting and switching systems per the client’s specifications. Key Specifications and Bill of Quantities

Failure to submit any mandatory document will result in disqualification.

Evaluation Criteria and Preference Points

The evaluation will follow the 80/20 Preferential Procurement system:

  • 80 points for price competitiveness (lowest compliant price receives full points)
  • 20 points for specific empowerment goals, allocated as follows:
    • Black-owned enterprise: up to 10 points
    • Women-owned enterprise: up to 7 points
    • Youth-owned (ages 18–35): up to 3 points

All preference claims must be substantiated with current CSD reports, ID copies, or sworn affidavits. The BMA strictly prohibits fronting and reserves the right to verify all declarations.
