Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) invites qualified and registered contractors to submit quotations for the provision of landscaping services. This strategic five-year contract aims to maintain and enhance the aesthetic and environmental standards of both airside and landside areas at Braam Fischer International Airport (BFIA) in Bloemfontein.
Scope of Services
The successful bidder will be responsible for comprehensive grounds maintenance. Key deliverables include:
- Routine landscaping, gardening, and vegetation control.
- Maintenance of all airside and landside green spaces.
- Adherence to strict airport safety and security protocols during all operations.
Compulsory Briefing Session
A mandatory clarification meeting and site inspection will be held to ensure bidders fully understand the scope of work and airport regulations. Failure to attend will result in immediate disqualification.

- CIDB contractor grading of 3SH or higher
- Valid Letter of Good Standing from COIDA
- Certificate of Contractor Registration from CIDB
- SARS Tax Compliance PIN
- Bank Letter of Good Standing
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
- Letter of Solvency from auditors or accountants
- CIPC registration documents
- Identity documents of all shareholders and directors
- Compulsory attendance at site briefing session
- Fully signed Form of Offer
