Scope of Work

The appointed panel will supply ICT equipment including laptops, tablets, and related accessories as specified in the Bill of Quantities:

  • Standard Laptop with backup bag – 5-year onsite warranty
  • Medium Spec Laptop with backpack – 5-year onsite warranty
  • High Spec 2-in-1 Laptop with backpack – 5-year onsite warranty
  • Tablet with seamless keyboard case – 2-year warranty

All equipment must meet the detailed technical specifications provided in the tender documents .

Failure to fully complete these returnable documents will render the bid unresponsive.

Evaluation and Compliance

This procurement follows the 80/20 preference point system:

  • 80 points allocated for price
  • 20 points allocated for specific goals

Preference points are awarded for:

  • Black ownership (25%+)
  • Women ownership (15%+)
  • Person with disabilities ownership (15%+)
  • Youth ownership (15%+)
  • Military veteran ownership (15%+)
  • Local enterprise within Nkangala District Municipality (15%+)

Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit a full CSD report, valid Tax Compliance Status, and BBBEE certificate.
