Scope of Works and Facility Support

The appointed service provider will be responsible for the complete management and administration of the programme across the entire Limpopo national road network (approx. 4,368 km) .

The scope includes:

  • Health Screenings: Conducting bi-annual HIV Counselling and Testing (HCT), TB, cholesterol, blood pressure, and glucose screening .
  • Training & Support: Providing SETA-accredited training for Wellness Coaches and managing quarterly forum facilitation cluster training .
  • Counselling Services: Operating a 24/7 multilingual call centre for crisis support and providing post-trauma counselling for workers exposed to crash scenes .
  • Reporting & Logistics: Managing all reporting on the ITIS platform, and coordinating logistics for training and ACT wellness days .

Key personnel requirements include a Project Leader, Facilitator/Educator, Wellness Coordinator, Registered Nurses, Lay Counsellors, and Registered Counsellors, with specified qualifications and experience.

Strict Submission Protocols
