The National Lotteries Commission (NLC) has re-advertised Request for Quotation RFQ 2026-007-019 for the appointment of a suitably qualified service provider to execute once-off building repairs and refurbishment at its Eastern Cape Provincial Office in KuGompo City. This targeted procurement seeks capable construction and maintenance contractors to restore the facility’s structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.

Scope of Works and Facility Upgrades

The appointed contractor will be expected to:

  • Undertake once-off building repair works.
  • Complete refurbishment of identified areas.
  • Repair moisture-damaged sections where required.
  • Carry out repainting and finishing works.
  • Deliver the project in accordance with the NLC’s specifications and quality standards.

Attendance at the physical site inspection is strictly mandatory. Bidders must visit the site, assess the scope of work, and sign the official attendance register. Failure to attend and sign will result in immediate disqualification.
