The National Radioactive Waste Disposal Institute (NRWDI) has issued a Request for Quotation (NRWDI/COMM/2026-06) for the provision of comprehensive graphic design, layout, editing, and print services. This procurement initiative targets suitably experienced creative agencies and printing houses to support the Institute’s strategic communication and public awareness mandates in the North West province.
Scope of Services and Deliverables
The appointed service provider will render end-to-end publishing solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Professional graphic design and page layout.
- Copy editing and proofreading for technical and corporate documents.
- High-quality printing and finishing of various communication materials.
Strategic Alignment and Compliance
As a specialized entity operating within the nuclear and environmental sector, NRWDI requires suppliers who can handle sensitive, highly technical information with discretion and precision. Bidders must demonstrate a proven track record in corporate publishing and adhere to strict quality assurance standards.

- Formal quotation on company letterhead (including VAT as a separate line item)
- Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN
- B-BBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit
- SBD 4 – Bidder’s Disclosure
- SBD 6.1 – Preference Points Claim Form
- Company profile demonstrating a minimum of three years’ experience
- Portfolio of work
- CVs for a Graphic Designer and an Editor
- Reference letters
- ID copies of owners/directors
