- SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) report with MAAA number

Evaluation Criteria
Proposals undergo three-phase assessment: administrative compliance, mandatory equipment verification, and price-specific goals evaluation using the 80/20 preference point system. Points are allocated for 51% Black ownership and 51% Black women ownership, supported by CIPC documents and B-BBEE certification.
