Scope of Fumigation Services Required
The appointed provider will deliver integrated pest control solutions including:
- Comprehensive fumigation of Block A (2nd and 3rd floors, 2,699.55 m²)
- Fumigation of Block C (ground and 1st floors, 1,252.00 m²)
- Application of approved, environmentally responsible fumigation chemicals
- Post-treatment certification and safety clearance documentation
Mandatory Compliance Requirements
Bidders must submit proof of registration as a Pest Control Operator (PCO) with the Department of Agriculture, specifically covering fumigation and/or structural pest control categories. A valid, active certificate must accompany all quotations. The RAF reserves the right to verify certificate authenticity prior to award.
Submission Guidelines and Process
Quotations must be emailed exclusively to rfq.procurement@raf.co.za before the closing deadline. Bidders should include firm pricing, completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms, valid tax compliance, CSD registration, and BBBEE certification. Late submissions will not be considered.
