Submission Guidelines and Process
Quotations must be submitted on company letterhead and emailed exclusively to quotation1@golimpopo.com. Bidders must:
- Ensure pricing remains valid for at least 60 days from submission date
- Complete and sign Standard Bidding Documents: SBD 3.1, SBD 4, and SBD 6.1
- Include a full Central Supplier Database (CSD) report for verification
- Specify a firm delivery period for license activation
Evaluation and Preference Points
Proposals will be assessed in two phases: administrative compliance followed by evaluation using the 80/20 preference point system per Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022.
