The Gauteng Growth and Development Agency (GGDA) invites qualified service providers to submit bids for the supply, delivery, installation, and maintenance of new multifunction copiers and printers. Scope of Services Required
The appointed provider will supply 29 multifunction devices with integrated print management software. Key deliverables include:
- Installation, commissioning, and user training for all devices
- Ongoing maintenance, repairs, and consumables supply
- Helpdesk support with defined escalation protocols
- Print management reporting and usage analytics
Compulsory Briefing Session Details
Attendance at the pre-bid clarification meeting is mandatory. The session will be held on Friday, 08 May 2026 at 11:00 at The Innovation Centre, Lynnwood, Pretoria. Bidders who fail to attend will be disqualified from the evaluation process.

- SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid) – fully completed and signed

- SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form)
- SBD 3.3 (Pricing Schedule – in separate financial envelope)
- Copy of Company Registration Documents (CM1/CK1, CM9 if applicable, CM22, CM29/CK2)
- Company Profile with organisational structure
- Certified ID copies of all current shareholders/members (certification within 6 months)
- Integrity Pact for Businesses – signed
- Joint Venture/Consortium agreement (if applicable) – signed with revenue split and percentages
- Compulsory Briefing Session Register – signed in bidding entity’s name
Submission Requirements and Process
Proposals must follow the strict two-envelope system: technical and financial submissions in separate sealed envelopes, each with original hardcopy plus USB copy. All documentation must be deposited in the tender box at The Innovation Centre before the closing deadline. Late submissions will not be considered under any circumstances.
