- Safety boots – Maxeco Pro 8131 black (sizes 2–10) and Profit Bagheera black (sizes 6–7)
- Embroidery: College logo (left breast), DHET logo (right breast), and “COMPUTER TECHNICIAN” in white (navy) or black (grey) on the back

- Valid Tax PIN certificate
- Latest municipal account or lease agreement
- CIPRO registration documents (with member percentages for CCs)
- Share certificates and shareholding breakdown (race, gender, percentage)
- Declaration of Interest (SBD 4)
- SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs/QSEs)
- Proof of retail shop or manufacturer’s declaration for PPE
- Completed price schedule with detailed breakdown
