Evaluation Process
Stage 1 – Administrative: Valid Tax PIN, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CIPC, CSD Full Report, completed SBD forms, quotation on letterhead.
Stage 2 – Mandatory (North West locality footprint): Proof via municipal bill, lease agreement, or MOU with locally based partner. Failure results in disqualification.
Stage 3 – Price and Specific Goals (80/20): Price (80 points), 51% Black Owned Suppliers (10 points), 30% Black Woman Owned Suppliers (10 points). Verification requires CSD Report, CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, and ID copies.
Key Dates and Deadlines
All submissions must reach ATNS by 11:00 on Friday, 01 May 2026. Late quotations will not be considered. No briefing session is scheduled for this procurement.
