- Beverages: 15 cans of juice and soft drinks (300ml) per session
All food must be freshly prepared, hygienically packaged, and delivered on time to 1 Arundel Close, Kingsmead Office Park, Durban, 4001.

- A formal quote on company letterhead, clearly itemised by service and quantity
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN
- Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Completed Standard Bidding Document 4 (SBD 4 – Declaration of Interest)
