- Full replacement of damaged roof sections and gutters on Unit 04 Carport

- All associated carpentry, plumbing, and finishing works

- Hold valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN and CSD registration

Compulsory Site Briefing and Submission Guidelines
A compulsory site briefing and inspection will be held on Wednesday, 10 December 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Northern Works Wastewater Treatment Plant, Diepsloot. Attendance is mandatory—bidders must bring ID, safety boots, and high-visibility vest. Non-attendance will result in disqualification.
