Bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically to quotationsscm@tourism.gov.za or hand-deliver them at Tourism House, 17 Trevenna Street, Sunnyside, Pretoria.
Scope of Work
The appointed service provider will be responsible for:
- Videography:
- Producing two high-quality videos: a build-up feature on Constitution Hill and a highlight reel capturing event proceedings.
- Providing edited video content for social media release and handing over all raw footage.
- Livestreaming:
- Broadcasting the programme live on the Department’s official Facebook page.
- Photography:
- Capturing key moments including arrivals, group photos, and ministerial speeches.
- Supplying at least 20 selected images for immediate use on social media.
Submission Requirements
Bidders are required to submit:
- Completed and signed official bidding documents.
- Proof of ownership and compliance for Women- and Black-owned businesses, where applicable.
- Valid B-BBEE affidavit (for EME or QSE).
- SARS tax clearance certificate or PIN.
- Updated Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
- Banking details.
Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
Evaluation Criteria
The RFQ will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system, allocating:
- 80 points for pricing.
- 20 points for specific goals such as Women ownership, Black ownership, and SMME development.
