Scope of Work
The successful bidder will supply and deliver a range of plumbing materials, including:
- Flush valves, urinal push buttons, and toilet seats
- Geyser elements, safety valves, and drain cleaners
- PVC waste fittings, silicone sealants, and hydroboil tap assemblies

Submission Requirements
Bidders must ensure compliance with the following:
✔ Completed SBD1 & SBD4 forms
✔ Valid tax compliance (SARS PIN or CSD registration)
✔ BBBEE certification (SANAS-accredited or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs)
✔ Pricing in ZAR (inclusive of 15% VAT)
Evaluation Criteria
The bid will be assessed on the 80/20 preferential points system:
- Price (80 points) – Benchmarking against the lowest compliant quote.
- Specific Goals (20 points) – Preference for 51% Black-owned, 51% Youth-owned, 51% Women-owned, and 1% Disabled-owned enterprises.
