The Independent Development Trust (IDT) has issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) inviting registered and qualified catering service providers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of meals at its head office in Pretoria.
This tender is reference number IDT-HO-EPWP – 12052025 , published on Monday, 12 May 2025 , with a very short closing date set for Tuesday, 13 May 2025 at 16:00 . The successful bidder will be required to provide catering for 30 people on Thursday, 15 May 2025 at 11:00 AM .
About the Tender
This procurement exercise forms part of IDT’s ongoing support for events and internal meetings held at its offices in Glenwood Office Park, Lynnwood Ridge (0043), Pretoria .
The selected caterer must supply a nutritious and well-balanced meal package that includes:
- Grilled fish
- Grilled chicken
- Beef stew
- Dumplings
- Pap
- Two vegetables
- Two salads
- Assorted cold drinks (x15)
- Assorted juices (x15)
All items must be freshly prepared and delivered on time to ensure smooth event execution.
Submission Instructions
Interested suppliers are required to submit their quotations before the deadline. All bids must include:
- A valid Certificate of Acceptability (COA) for food premises
- A separate quotation on company letterhead
Quotations not accompanied by these documents may be disqualified.
There is no briefing session scheduled for this RFQ.
